The Guide
WELCOME
Congratulations, we’re delighted that you’ll be joining us for the fifth edition of Do Not Disturb! We’re looking forward to redefining private travel with you and sharing this unique marketplace together at the exquisite Borgo Egnazia.
Welcome to Do Not Disturb 2025
To the dreamers of Private Travel… welcome.
Do Not Disturb isn’t just an event. It’s a moment suspended in time – where the boundaries between business and belonging merge annually, to create a space for private travel’s most influential minds to gather.
Now in our fifth edition, Do Not Disturb continues to celebrate everything that sets our by-invitation-only guest list apart: unadulterated access to a private travel guild dedicated to reimagining luxury at the highest level.
And everyone invited to attend – from private islands, private residences to private yacht specialists – represents a rarified world where the best of private travel converge to unlock luxury.
Borgo Egnazia, our home for the week, is an incomparable setting that exemplifies the values of true luxury – Space, Seclusion and Sustainability.
So, take your time and look through your guide for all the information you’ll need to meet us in Puglia in November! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Managing Director and Co-founder

MEETINGS
Do Not Disturb’s online appointment system allows you to pre-arrange up to 39 of the most business-effective meetings, each lasting 20 minutes, with the leading exhibitors and buyers in private travel. Here’s how it works:
PHASE 1: BUILD YOUR PROFILE
This information will be made available to Exhibitors when they select their appointment preferences in Phase 2 (see below), so make sure your profile stands out from the crowd.
Please ensure that you only input information for the company you have been invited to represent and the people that will be representing your company at the show.
PHASE 2: APPOINTMENT PREFERENCES
29 SEPTEMBER – 13 OCTOBER 2025
This is where you will have access to key information on the Exhibitors attending the show and is where you will be able to select 50 preferences based on those Exhibitors you most want to meet with.
NEXT: WE DO THE MATCHMAKING
14 OCTOBER – 21 OCTOBER 2025
Once Phase 2 closes, we run a matching algorithm to generate appointments.
PHASE 3: ONLINE DIARY OPENS
22 OCTOBER 2025
You will be sent your online diary where you’ll be able to see those appointments that resulted from our matching algorithm and where you’ll be able to request meetings in any empty slots with Exhibitors who are also available in those time slots.
Be sure to keep logging in during this phase to accept/decline any requests. If you have any queries or issues with your diary, please contact the team as soon as possible for assistance.
MISSED MEETINGS
IMPORTANT: Do Not Disturb takes the issue of missed meetings very seriously, whether by Exhibitors, Buyers or Press. Unless you are able to provide a sufficient and relevant explanation for your absence, missing even one meeting may compromise your and your company’s ability to participate in Do Not Disturb or in any This is Beyond event in the future. All missed appointments are recorded and monitored tightly – we ask that you report every missed appointment via the Event App. Click on the meeting you would like to report, and select “Mark as No Show”. Alternatively, please email us at donotdisturb@thisisbeyond.com.

- Smart trousers, skirts, or tailored dresses

While heels may pair beautifully with eveningwear, the cobblestone paths and charming streets of Puglia can be tricky to navigate in them. We recommend packing a pair of elegant flats, wedges or block heels to keep you comfortable and graceful when the occasion calls for exploring or standing a little longer. Pack a shawl or light jacket for evening temperatures.

- Sunscreen and lip balm
- Refillable water bottle
- Sunglasses (a must!)
- Hat or cap
- Swimwear (for spa or pool time)
- Light sleepwear
- Chargers, adapters (Type F / European plug)
- Business cards or digital contact QR
- Travel documents and ID
Packing Tips
- Layers are key — mornings and evenings can be cool, afternoons warm.
- Puglia’s stone paths and coastal settings call for flat, sturdy footwear.
