MEETINGS

Do Not Disturb’s online appointment system allows you to pre-arrange up to 39 of the most business-effective meetings, each lasting 20 minutes, with the leading exhibitors and buyers in private travel. Here’s how it works:

PHASE 1: BUILD YOUR PROFILE

This information will be made available to Exhibitors when they select their appointment preferences in Phase 2 (see below), so make sure your profile stands out from the crowd.

Please ensure that you only input information for the company you have been invited to represent and the people that will be representing your company at the show.

PHASE 2: APPOINTMENT PREFERENCES
28 SEPTEMBER – 14 OCTOBER 2026

This is where you will have access to key information on the Exhibitors attending the show and is where you will be able to select 85 preferences based on those Exhibitors you most want to meet with.

NEXT: WE DO THE MATCHMAKING
15 OCTOBER – 25 OCTOBER 2026

Once Phase 2 closes, we run a matching algorithm to generate appointments.

PHASE 3: ONLINE DIARY OPENS
26 OCTOBER 2026

You will be sent your online diary where you’ll be able to see those appointments that resulted from our matching algorithm and where you’ll be able to request meetings in any empty slots with Exhibitors who are also available in those time slots.

Be sure to keep logging in during this phase to accept/decline any requests. If you have any queries or issues with your diary, please contact the team as soon as possible for assistance.

MISSED MEETINGS

IMPORTANT: Do Not Disturb takes the issue of missed meetings very seriously, whether by Exhibitors, Buyers or Press. Unless you are able to provide a sufficient and relevant explanation for your absence, missing even one meeting may compromise your and your company’s ability to participate in Do Not Disturb or in any This is Beyond event in the future. All missed appointments are recorded and monitored tightly – we ask that you report every missed appointment via the Event App. Click on the meeting you would like to report, and select “Mark as No Show”. Alternatively, please email us at donotdisturb@thisisbeyond.com.

Hidden Aperitivos & After Party at Borgo Egnazia: No dress code. Dinner is in and around Borgo Egnazia, with areas outside, so bring a warm layer and wear flat shoes. High heels are not recommended for this evening.
Villa Dine-Around Dinner & After Party at Borgo Egnazia: Stylish casual or smart resort wear. This will be followed by an After Party at the Beach Club, which is indoors.
Closing Gala Dinner

From secluded shorelines, high-altitude sojurns to otherworldly landscapes beckoning to be discovered, we invite you to an evening shaped by earth, water, fire, and air. A celebration of the rarest spaces artfully preserved by our custodians, the connections we share, and the elements that unite us.

Dress code: Elemental Opulence: embody your chosen element through colour, texture and movement.

While heels may pair beautifully with eveningwear, the cobblestone paths and charming streets of Puglia can be tricky to navigate in them. We recommend packing elegant flats, wedges, or block heels to stay comfortable and graceful when the occasion calls for exploring or standing a little longer. Pack a shawl or light jacket for evening temperatures.

If you are travelling by car; from the motorway SS16 Bari-Brindisi take the exit Savelletri/ Stazione di Fasano. After 2km, follow the yellow signs pointing to Borgo Egnazia and San Domenico Golf.

BY TRAIN

The nearest railway station is at Fasano, about 5km away from Borgo Egnazia on the route Lecce-Bari-Roma-Bologna.

VISA

Participants are responsible for all their own travel arrangements, including securing any visas necessary to enter Italy.

IMPORTANT: Neither Do Not Disturb nor its agents shall be required to assist the participant in obtaining any documents necessary for entry into Italy, including visa and visa letters. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to check if they can be granted a visa by the relevant authorities; to check that they allow sufficient lead-time to receive the visa, and to check that their passport has sufficient validity time and enough stamp-free pages to receive the visa.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling. You should check any exclusion and that your policy covers you for all the activities you want to undertake in Italy.

ACCOMMODATION

Your participation includes four nights’ accommodation, checking in on Monday 9 November from 15:00 and checking out on Friday 13 November by 11:00.

Accommodation will be allocated across Borgo Egnazia, Masseria San Domenico and Masseria Torre Maizza, A Rocco Forte Hotel.

Please notify us of any dietary requirements by 1 November 2026, and we will take note.

Please note: Attendance at Do Not Disturb is strictly reserved for invited delegates. Throughout the event, the hotels are dedicated entirely to our programme, with all resort facilities, including restaurants, pools, spa and room service unavailable. Partners and spouses cannot be accommodated. This is your time to be fully immersed in the experience, to connect, discover and dream without distraction.

BORGO EGNAZIA: Inspired by a traditional Puglian village, Borgo Egnazia brings local stone, quiet courtyards and winding lanes together in an atmospheric setting overlooking the Adriatic landscape. As the Event Host Venue, it places guests at the heart of Do Not Disturb, with warm hospitality and a strong sense of place throughout.

MASSERIA SAN DOMENICO: Set among ancient olive groves near the Adriatic, Masseria San Domenico is a restored 14th century fortified farmhouse. White stone buildings, arched passageways and open piazzas create a peaceful retreat, complemented by comfortable rooms and gracious hospitality. It offers guests an authentic expression of Puglia’s history, landscape and unhurried rhythm.

MASSERIA TORRE MAIZZA, A ROCCO FORTE HOTEL: This restored 16th century masseria is surrounded by olive groves, Masseria Torre Maizza, A Rocco Forte Hotel blends vaulted architecture with contemporary Italian design. Elegant rooms feature local stone, handcrafted details and calming views across the countryside, golf course or Adriatic. The result is a relaxed, refined base with a Puglian character for every guest.

FORUMS are your micro-community within Do Not Disturb, a group of peers connected by a shared experience, mindset or journey.
You select the Forum you most identify with, and we’ll curate the groups from there. At some point during the week, we’ll create an opportunity for you to find and spend time with your Forum — perhaps over lunch, dinner or somewhere unexpected. We’ll keep the when and where a surprise. Think of it simply as another way to find your people.

WHAT TO WEAR

Italy in November can be cool with a little rain, although often sunny days, evenings can be cooler dropping as low as 5°C this autumnal season.

All participants are encouraged to dress in Business Casual. There will be off-site lunch excursions where you will need comfortable shoes, sunglasses and maybe a hat (in true This is Beyond style, these will remain a surprise).

There will also be daily Morning Activities including yoga, cycling, walking, tennis and padel, so please bring active wear if you plan to participate in these.

From a hands-on cooking class at a family-run restaurant in the medieval city of Ostuni, to an immersive performance in subterranean caves or a leisurely walking tour through Martina Franca, the Baroque jewel of the Valle d’Itria, each experience offers a distinctive perspective on Puglia’s rich culture, history and enduring charm.
